Causes the input and output channels of a network device to accept READs for header responses, and WRITEs to request specific headers to the server before the response is sent.

This means, that WRITEs for requested headers must occur before any response body reads, and any READs for headers collected by HTTP Collect Headers MUST be done after the response has been sent by the server.
