SIO Command $E4 Set Directory Position

This is a command for Device $70 - The FujiNet Device itself (see SIO-Commands-for-Device-ID-$70).
The current directory stream position will be updated to the given unsigned value. The directory must have been previously opened with Open Directory.
DAUX1 and DAUX2 are used to provide the new 16-bit unsigned position value in low/high byte order.
