Assignement Officer Persona
After conducting user interviews with Assignment Officers, we synthesized what they told us into personas -- fictional characters who demonstrate real people's goals, activities, and frustrations. Our persona represents a wide arrange of user needs, actions, needs and wants to fully give life to our users along the development process.
Wendy Woodward: Mid-level Assignments OFficer
As the project progressed, we revised the persona to help us prioritize features and write user stories. In prioritization, we are using the persona of Wendy -- a focused officer who wants to make sure her clients are meeting her needs. She wants to reduce manual input on the systems and focus on the task in hand.
