The Design team has conducted user interviews with a wide range of Bidders that span through different subgroups. With some scheduling challenges, the team was still able to gather viable rich data to understand the bidder user groups mindset. In total, the design team has conducted 25 user interviews.

Married – 3
Tandems & Tandem’s w/ children – 11
Single w/ children, Single – 9
Single w/ Self-Identified Disability – 1
Individual with Pro-Bid insight – 1

Interview Questions

  1. What is your current role (Generalist or Specialist | Entry, Mid, Senior Level)?
  2. How did you learn about the bidding process? Where did you go to learn more about it?
  3. When you were researching for positions what were the specific requirements that were on the top of your list?
  4. Did you encounter any system problems during the process?
  5. If the new TalentMAP system could do just one thing really well, what should it be and why?
