User Profiles

To get a deeper understanding of our users we have identified three core user groups that would help us learn, understand and discovery stories, frustrations, and high-points along the duration of the project. We've conducted interviews with these users to gather data on their experiences with the bidding process.

Bidders

This user group is the main users that would be utilizing the application. These users will range from different sub-groups which give the team a deeper understanding of all levels of the bidder.

Career Development Officers (CDO)

This user group is current DoS HR/CDA with responsibilities to assist and advice Bidders on their career path,

This user group is current DoS HR/CDA with responsibilities to work directly with the Bureau Reps. Their main focus is advising the Bureaus on Post Position preparedness.
