User Interviews

We conducted 25 interviews with 25 Bidders from the Department of State, domestically and internationally. A cross section of users were interviewed, including Singles, Single with a disability, Married, and Tandems. This uncovered how the key user group felt about the bidding process, discovered their pain points, stories and determined their recommendations for the TalentMAP platform.
