- The team had brainstormed, analysis and deconstruct the bidder journey map
- The team asked questions, discovered possible pain points and started to solve the problem.
- We started off by creating Proto-Personas > Discovered possible roadblocks > Asked questions about the bidder experience > Then provided possible improvements in the process.
