I imported a photo but it is not on the site. It is a draft: publish it from the photo library or its page.

I published a photo, but it did not go out on Instagram. By default, nothing enters the Instagram queue by itself. Open the photo’s page and click Add to the Instagram queue, or tick its series in Instagram → Settings → Automatic queueing. See Instagram.

I can’t see the new watermark. Wait until the “Updating images” banner is gone, then reload the site page. The new images have a new address: your browser cannot keep the old one.

Updating the images takes a long time. Allow a few seconds per photo. You can keep working in the meantime.

A photo shows an error in the banner. Its original may be unreadable. Delete it, then import it again.

I can’t drag the photos to reorder them. A filter, a search or a chip other than All is active: click Clear. On a phone, dragging is awkward: switch to List and use the ⋯ menu (Move up one place, Move down one place).

I can’t delete a photographer. They still have photos. Change the photographer on those photos’ pages.

I can’t delete a series. A series that contains photos can be deleted: the window offers to move its photos to another series. Only the last remaining series cannot be: create another one first. See Series.

“Form expired”. Your session changed after the page was opened. Reload it and start again.

I’m asked to sign in again. The session lasts 8 hours without activity, 24 hours at most. You then return to the page you were on.

“Access denied” when signing in. Your account does not have the administration role in Zitadel.

“Too many attempts”. Too many sign-ins from your network in 10 minutes. Please wait.

A photo’s proof stays “pending”. The timestamping service is not responding. The site retries on its own; Retry now forces an attempt.

My logo shows up black on a black background. It shouldn’t: logos take the theme’s colour. Check that you uploaded it to the right slot on the Appearance page, then reload the page.

I deleted a photo by mistake. The admin cannot undo it. The original is in the server backups: ask for a restore.
