Help Photographers

One record per photographer.

Field	Purpose
Name	shown on the site (“two perspectives” filter, captions, About)
Address	/auteur/<adresse> (existing records only)
Biography	shown on the “About” page; optional English and German versions, folded underneath (empty: the French biography)
Instagram post signature	added below the caption of Instagram posts of their photos that have a caption; can be removed photo by photo (see Instagram)
Consent card letter	the letter on consent cards (J-0142); empty: the first letter of the address. One letter per photographer (see Encounters).
In the field	link to their consent cards and the QR code for their clothing (see Encounters)

• Save: below each record.
• Add a photographer: the “New photographer” form, at the bottom.
• Delete: open Delete, then confirm. This is not possible while the photographer still has photos.
• Renaming a photographer updates their images if their name appears in the watermark or in the metadata.

Linking an account to a photographer

The account that signs in and the photographer are linked in Accounts and roles, reserved for administrators: choose the photographer in Linked photographer, then Save. Once linked, their imports are credited to them by default, and the dashboard says “This account is linked to the photographer …”. A photographer can only be linked to one account.
