With this plugin you can add a Custom Agreement on Sign Up Screen.

It is important for your site make clear a negotiated and typically legally binding arrangement between parties as to a course of action.

You can choose to show this agreement as a popup to confirm or just a checkbox, that will force you to mark before submit the signup form.
