Credits and License
Applies to every version of Motorcade.
Motorcade is released under the MIT License. It carries both copyright notices:
- Copyright (c) 2023 FoundationGames (original Automobility)
- Copyright (c) 2026 Motorcade contributors (this port)

- Automobility by FoundationGames — Motorcade is a port of it, with the identifiers renamed and the code updated to NeoForge 21.1.249.
This port is based on the original author's own unreleased 1.21.1 NeoForge rewrite, which was never published. The mature 1.20.1 build was used only as a reference to fill gaps. The Fabric half of the original was dropped; this is NeoForge-only.
The identifiers were renamed throughout: mod id automobility → motorcade, and the Java package moved to the project's own convention. That rename is deliberate, so that this port is not confused with the original mod the same author still publishes under the Automobility name.
Automobility is MIT licensed, which permits the port provided the notice is preserved — that is what the first copyright line in the LICENSE file does.
Motorcade is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the original author.
Vellumli is a hard dependency, providing the in-game guide book. It is a separate project by the same author, released under CC BY-NC-SA 3.0, and is neither bundled nor redistributed here — install it separately from its own page.
