B1 ROS Navigation Integration and Reliability Improvements
Summary
Enables full ROS navigation stack integration for Unitree B1 quadruped with improved
connection reliability and comprehensive testing.

…ation 2D detection module + Pointcloud localization ### TimedSensorReply improvements added `find_closest(timestamp)`, `seek(seconds)` `from_timestamp(timestamp)` methods to TimedSensorReply, so we can test on slices of reply, pull a single moment in time etc added methods to TimestampedBufferCollection that allow us to buffer & align timestamps of multiple sensors in case data is comming in inconsistenly spaced ### Unitree Timestamps ignoring time data from unitree (for various different reasons per message type that I can explain) and attaching our own timestamps to incoming messages now ### Detection 2d module that takes an image, detector and outputs detections that can render themselves into ros detection2d, foxlove annotations, etc ### Detection 3d consumes detections from detection2d together with optical_frame transform and pointcloud data, localizes detection2ds and turns them into detection3ds ### Follow up pr DetectionDB is WIP that will let us query detections via skills ### plz ignore unitree_webrtc/modular It was difficult to work with our huge run files so I extracted components and split them into files, these are my personal run files for this feature and work, we will rewrite run files completely when we have a moment

## Remappings
Add ability to remap module connections. E.g.:

## API name improvements
* Changed `wait_until_shutdown` to `loop`.
* Removed `with_` prefix from `with_transports.
* Removed `DIMOS_` prefix from environment variables like DIMOS_ROBOT_IP.
## Testing
This remapping sets ConnectionModule.color_image to `rgb_image`. This implicitly uses `/rgb_image` as the topic:
