Create a New Questionnaire

Questionnaires are created using the very robust Drupal Webform module. Project Managers and Administrators can create questionnaire (see the Webform Permission Configuration page). The easiest way to do this will be at the Webform overview page which will be available by default at [site-name]/admin/structure/webform page. It would be a good practice to place this link in a prominent place for the ease of the users. Accessing this Overview page will allow the user to create a new webform or duplicate an existing one. It is usually a good practice to duplicate to save time. Note that the principles and overview of these steps is provided in the dedicated page on Setting Up Questionnaires and settings that are avaialble for each webform is detailed in the Webform Settings page.
