Webform Node Configuration

The Webform node is a content type that allows the display of a given webform. We will use this content type to ensure that patients belonging to a specific project only can see the questionnaire and answer the same. The following is the configuration for the same.

Edit tab

We do not display author name and publication date / time.

Manage fields

A new field called "Project Name" is created. A single project name can be selected for a given content. The body field is not deleted but will be disabled when the form is displayed. This field references to the vocabulary for projects created for Permission By Term.

Manage Display

For the full content we will display only the form. The body field and the Project name field will not be displayed.

Manage Permissions

We would restrict only Project Managers to create these content type. They can also delete and edit their own created content.
