SEUT 1.2.0

Choose a tag to compare

@enenra enenra released this 19 May 14:52

Relevant Milestone: SEUT 1.2.0

Notes

  1. SEMREF will be retired within around a week, but all its content has been moved to the new Space Engineers Official Wiki. This has many benefits, among them more people than just me being able to contribute and me not having to pay for Confluence anymore.
  2. A change in the way paint color is handled has meant that unfortunately paint color in all your existing files will be off and have to be set anew. Unfortunately, due to Blender limitations, I could not find a way to seamlessly patch this.
  3. I added the new QuickTools to help streamline common tasks when making models for SE. The things available in that panel depends on which type of collection is active, and which mode (OBJECT / EDIT) you're in.
  4. I added a small but useful dropdown in the Materials property window: It lets you select from a list of variants of the current material. For example, if the currently selected material slot uses Atlas4_Colorable, the dropdown will allow you to switch to Atlas4_Chrome, Atlas4_Darker, etc. Especially useful in combination with the many new premade assets I added with the 1.5.0 update for SEUT Assets, also released now.
