Enhanced Notes makes it easy to bring external research notes back into Zotero.

Markdown File Import

How it Works: You can import any local .md file into Zotero as a Zotero note.
Conversion: Markdown syntax (including headers, bold/italic formatting, links, lists, and tables) is parsed and translated into Zotero's native rich-text note format.
Organization: Imported notes are attached as child items to your selected Zotero library reference, keeping your files organized.
