Math

Enhanced Notes adds full support for mathematical typesetting inside Zotero notes, ensuring formulas and scientific notations render correctly.

KaTeX Math Rendering

Enhanced Notes integrates KaTeX directly into Zotero's note-rendering view:

Fast Rendering: Formulas typeset via KaTeX render quickly and smoothly.
Syntax: Use standard LaTeX math notation:
- Inline Math: Enclose expressions in single dollar signs (e.g. $E = mc^2$ ) to render them inline with your text.
- Block Math: Enclose expressions in double dollar signs (e.g. $$\sum_{i=1}^{n} i = \frac{n(n+1)}{2}$$) to render them in a centered, standalone block.
