Troubleshooting
The first launch of an app is slow: Mac.apk prepares its code once, which can take up to a minute for a large app. The same happens once after each Mac.apk update. Later launches are fast. Some games (Asphalt Legends, for example) also take extra time the first time they start after macOS clears its graphics cache.
Redo Installation step 4 (Settings → File types → Make Default). If it still opens elsewhere, select any .apk in Finder, press ⌘I, choose Mac.apk under Open with, click Change All…, and tell us in issue #1.
It needs the Pixel Tablet device profile and a fresh sign-in afterwards. See App Stores.
Some apps require Google's own signed Play Services, which Mac.apk honestly doesn't have. Use the app's other sign-in options. See Google Accounts and Play Services.
In-app purchases aren't available on Mac.apk. See For Developers and Publishers.
That's on purpose, and you can't turn it off. See App Stores.
Saves live inside each app's bundle, so trashing the app deletes them. Uninstall from the Mac.apk window instead, which sets saves aside. See Managing Apps.
Try the window's Controls menu: Arrow Keys as D-pad, Tilt Control or Space Bar Taps Center. See Controls and Input.
No, and it won't. See Design Decisions.
Check Known Issues and the compatibility list, then report it.
Mac.apk is free for personal, non-commercial use (EULA). Questions or commercial licensing: Kaleb@voltare.us
