Repugnant Sickle
Repugnant Sickles are extremely powerful melee weapons that consume the user's health in exchange for massive damage.
Repugnant Sickles have a baffling attack damage of 12, and an insane attack speed of 2.4. While they seem powerful at first, they deal half a heart of damage to the user every time an attack is landed. This ignores armor, the Resistance effect, and enchantments, meaning it is easy for this weapon to rip the user apart.
Repugnant Sickles can only be found rarely be found inside Cellar weapon vaults.
Repugnant Sickles can be repaired using iron ingots.
Using a Repugnant Sickle is incredibly dangerous, due to how easy it is to get carried away and heavily damage yourself using it. Because of the way this damage works, armor is irrelevant and can be chosen however the player wants.
A Totem of Irregularity that enhances max health may be beneficial, giving the player more hits they can consecutively land safely. Potions of Regeneration are also very helpful for this.
