Vigilante
The Vigilante is a passive traveling Illager that trades Bounties and various loot for Rubies.
The Vigilante is the only source of Bounty items, being the Contract and Waiver obtained by trading with him. He is not attacked by hostile monsters. He drops nothing.
The Vigilante wanders about for a couple of days after spawning, waiting to be traded with. He spawns similarly to Wandering Traders, showing up more often for shorter periods of time.
The Vigilante will never spawn inside of naturally generated villages or Pillager outposts.
When the Vigilante spawns, the sound of a "Justice" Summoning Horn will play in the distance.
If you are having trouble finding the Vigilante, a Summoning Horn can spawn him sooner than he will spawn naturally. If you are in an area that he is unwilling to travel to, the sound of a "Grief" Summoning Horn will play in the distance. If his spawning cooldown has not expired, no sound will be played in response at all.
On spawning, the Vigilante will have a random set of trades, always having one from each category.
