Add a coloured prefix before your player name. Other players can see it even without the client mod.
- Press K → Team Tag.
- Enable your tag and enter the text.
- Choose a colour mode and adjust its colours.
Use 1–16 visible characters. Brackets are not added automatically, so include them yourself if you want a tag such as [Builder].
| Colour mode | How it looks |
|---|---|
| Manual codes | Enter Minecraft colour codes, such as &bBuilder
|
| Selected colour | Use one Minecraft colour for the whole tag |
| Gradient | Blend through two or more colours from your colour list |
| Rainbow | Alternate colours across the non-space characters |
The colour applies to the prefix; your player name keeps its normal colour. Gradient colours use values such as #977272 and #E32B2B.
Changes are saved and sent to the server from the menu. If your tag does not appear, check that it is enabled and ask the server staff whether another team or name-display system is overriding it.
