Troubleshooting

My Chomagerie shortcuts reset after restarting

Update to 1.6.1. Versions before 1.6.0 could fail to restore a saved Chomagerie shortcut. After updating, set your preferred keys in Options → Controls → Chomagerie again if the old version already lost them.

The game reports a version mismatch

Use the same Chomagerie version as the server. Check with staff before replacing your client JAR, and remove any duplicate older JARs.

ShulkerRefill does not refill my stack

Check that both the client and server have Chomagerie and that refilling is enabled. The stack must be completely used up. A matching item already outside a shulker in your inventory prevents the transfer. Item components must match, and a filtered shulker name must match the allowed name exactly.

My player tag does not appear

Enable the tag in K → Team Tag and enter 1–16 visible characters. Another scoreboard-team or name-display system may override it; ask the server staff.

I can change east, but cannot select west

Left-click chooses the property. Right-click changes its value. Read the message above the hotbar, pause briefly between left-clicks, and use Sneak to go backwards.

The Debug Stick does nothing

Try a fence, pane or stair: plain stone has no properties to change. Check your game mode and building permissions. Spawn protection, claims and server rules still apply.

Honeycomb does not create a lock

Since 1.6.1, the block needs a changeable property. Try a glass pane rather than plain glass. Staff can also disable locking or restrict building in an area. Honeycomb still performs normal copper waxing where applicable.

My axe no longer strips a block

On a locked block, the first right-click only unlocks it. Click again for the axe's normal action.

A block falls or breaks after unlocking

Unlocking restores normal Minecraft physics and support checks. An unsupported anvil can fall, and an unsupported torch can drop.

A locked furnace still smelts

A lock preserves block properties. It does not freeze a furnace's processing or the contents of containers.

I cannot see any highlighted locks

Install Chomagerie on both sides, then press H or enable the overlay in K → Locks. Check your distance setting and try a nearby locked block in a loaded area. The small crosshair padlock is a separate setting.

Report a problem

Include your Minecraft and Chomagerie versions, what you were doing, the block or item involved, and steps to reproduce the issue. A screenshot and relevant log excerpt help. Do not include private information or access tokens.
