array_punch() subtracts a set of exclusion elements from a primary array, deduplicating the remaining elements efficiently.

my $primary = [ "a", "b", "c", "d", "e", "b" ];
my $exclude = [ "b", "d" ];
my @result  = $adb->array_punch($primary, $exclude);
# Returns: ("a", "c", "e")
