If you know which department you're looking for, start there:

Each is divided into four sections (why?), depending on the kind of help you need:

• Tutorials - learning-oriented experiences: e.g. I want to learn how to safely make my first cut on the laser
• How-to guides - goal-oriented directions: e.g. I need a recipe to cut and etch in the same design on the laser cutter
• Reference - information-oriented technical description: e.g. I need technical details about what fits inside the laser cutter
• Explanation - understanding-oriented discussion: e.g. I want to understand the principles of how the laser focus works
