SELECT SCREEN
Choose the appropriate mesh count for your design.

COAT W/ EMULSION
Apply light-sensitive emulsion to the screen.

LET IT DRY
Allow the emulsion to dry completely.

BURN SCREEN
Expose the coated screen to light with your transparency.

WASH OUT
Rinse away unexposed emulsion to reveal your design.

TAPE OFF EDGES
Seal the edges and any pinholes with tape.

LINE UP
Position your screen correctly on the printing surface.

LOAD INK
Apply ink to the screen above your design.

PRINT
Pull the squeegee to force ink through the screen onto your material.

CURE
Heat-set the ink for durability and washability.
