Customer Import

The customers-import.xlsx template imports your customer list, including customer level, segments and an address. This page lists the columns and the sample values used in the template.

Columns

Birthday	Date of birth.

No	House or building number.	25B
Unit	Unit or apartment number.	17
Postal	Postal or ZIP code.	1200-137
Message	Delivery note for the address.
Address Phone	Phone number for the address.
Address Name	Recipient name for the address.
Lat	Latitude of the address.
Lng	Longitude of the address.

Only Name, Email and Sex are filled in the second sample row, so you can leave unknown columns empty.

Tips

• Use the same date format as other templates (YYYY-MM-DD) for Birthday.
• Use two-letter country codes (as in the US sample) and currency codes such as USD.
• Separate multiple segments with commas and no spaces, as in VIP,Local.

Upload

Upload the file from your Selldone shop dashboard and review the imported customers.
