FAQ
Direct answers to common questions about the Selldone Excel templates and bulk imports.
In your Selldone shop dashboard, go to Products and use the Drag & Drop feature to upload the Excel file. Then review the imported data and confirm.
Title, Type, Price, Currency, Status and Image. Everything else is optional. See Product Import.
Add a row directly below the product with Type set to VARIANT and fill the V_Color, V_Style,
V_Volume, V_Weight, V_Pack or V_Type columns. A variant row belongs to the last product above it. See
Variants.
Rows without a Product ID create new products. To update existing products instead, fill Product ID (and Variant ID for variants). See the Updating Products rule in Product Import.
The Category value should match an existing category; otherwise the category is created automatically. To set up a category tree first, use the Category Import template.

Check that prices and quantities are plain numbers, JSON cells are valid JSON, dates use the formats above, booleans
are TRUE/FALSE, Limit Max is not lower than Limit Min, and Category and Brand values match your
