Inventory Update
The Inventory Update folder contains templates for changing stock and prices of existing products in bulk, without touching their other details. This page lists each template and its columns.
| Template | Columns | Use it to |
|---|---|---|
SKU_QUANTITY.xlsx |
SKU, Quantity | Update stock quantities. |
SKU_PRICE.xlsx |
SKU, Price, Currency, Commission, Discount, Discount Start Date, Discount End Date | Update prices and discounts. |
SKU_QUANTITY_PRICE.xlsx |
SKU, Price, Quantity, Currency, Commission, Discount, Discount Start Date, Discount End Date | Update quantities, prices and discounts together. |
FULL.xlsx |
Product ID, Variant ID, Title, Type, Price, Currency, Commission, Discount, Discount Start Date, Discount End Date, Quantity, SKU, MPN, Create Date, V_Color, V_Style, V_Volume, V_Weight, V_Pack, V_Type | Work with the full inventory sheet of products and variants. |
The three SKU_* templates use SKU as the only identifier column, so every product or variant you update needs a
SKU in Selldone. Sample rows from SKU_QUANTITY_PRICE.xlsx:
| SKU | Price | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| SKU 1… | 50 | 100 |
| SKU 2… | 50 | 100 |
Replace the sample SKUs with your own and keep only the rows you want to change.
FULL.xlsx has one row per product and variant, with Product ID and Variant ID columns. As in the
product import, a filled Product ID (and Variant ID for variants) refers to an existing item.
The sheet also shows Title, Type, MPN, Create Date and the V_ variant attributes so you can find the
right rows.
The columns mean the same as in the Product Import reference:
| Column | Rule |
|---|---|
| Price | Number, e.g. 10.99. Customer price = Price + Commission − Discount. |
| Currency | Currency code, e.g. USD, EUR, GBP. |
| Commission, Discount | Numbers. Default 0. |
| Discount Start Date, Discount End Date |
YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. |
| Quantity | Number of units in stock. |
Upload the file from your Selldone shop dashboard in the same way as other imports, then review the changes before confirming. Start with a few rows the first time.
