Private cause of action can be brought in state court, for unsolicited fax advertisements, under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), even though Georgia's law prohibiting unsolicited fax advertisements does not specifically enable this - Hooters of Augusta, Inc. v.
