now

python MergeResults.py -vcf snp.raw.snpFingerPrintingTest.vcf -defi snpQC.V1.tab

It should be

python MergeResults.py -ID 13000641231

Algorithm:

the first script MergeResults get an sampleID and the current directory.

Ying

1. runGroupPipeline.pl condor/Project/groupProfile.txt

   In the groupProfile.txt, every line contains sampleID condor/profileFile.txt

   in profileFile.txt

2. first script calls variantCallingPipeline.pl
