installation fingerprinting on odin

copy across to odin the MergeResults.py

run from Odin the scripts

After copied all the necessary files and module I should be able to run it from Odin.

Should it be run from

• the python scripts folder

or from

• the results folder

As the variant calling pipeline is called on local machine in the samples folder,the most logical decision would be running to run the scripts from the sample folder. BUT as one don't know in which files the TaqMan result are stored a more generic running place should be chosen
