Behavior

A non-destructive region copy/paste tool.

Use copies the completed Cursor region and writes it at the position calculated from the camera's look direction and reach; it records an undo region when history recording is active.

Mode notes: No debug-mode guard is present in the item implementation.

Interactions:

• Requires a completed Cursor selection.
• Its render integration previews the calculated paste position.
