App consolidation continuation prompt

State: planning handoff only, 2026-10-14. Read master and target rules. A/B/C: PLANNED. D: DEFERRED_FUTURE / NOT_AUTHORIZED.

Copyable prompt for explicitly selected A–C implementation

Execute only the authorized A/B/C range, one bounded task at a time; start OPT-A00 if no accepted task evidence exists. Read AGENTS, FAST_EXECUTION, current PROGRESS, selected ROADMAP/stage and relevant source/tests; read DELIVERY_WORKFLOW at opening. Reconcile merged PR135, later safety fixes and current quality work against maintained dev/main; preserve occupied edits.

Reuse Room, source-aware summary, signed capture/media/Jobs, Community/Trust/ Moderation and existing vehicle/history/alert modules. Freeze B-BR-OPT/BUC-OPT before behavior; pure RED → GREEN → REFACTOR and immediate affected negative/ replay/concurrency/money/privacy/PostGIS/S3/migration-recovery checks, then compilation/static/contracts/diff/secret review. Preserve ADR-021: no GPS requirement, missing-location fraud or new proximity advantage.

A scoped cache/validity/refresh/revalidation precedes B calibrated independent confidence, then C selected history/alerts/estimated detour economy. No arbitrary weights, false freshness, ANP substitution, fake route or speculative service/ provider. Actual native/provider/production acceptance is separate.

D is excluded: no receipt/NFC-e evidence, new private document verification/ intake or business claim/management/portal code, stubs/migrations/SDKs, including overlapping FQ/Profile/Premium labels. Reopening needs extreme consolidation plus thousands of real clients and D selection, unless an explicit early maintainer request names the D scope. Generic continuation is not an override. Capture receipts, existing manual records and necessary existing privacy/ security maintenance are outside this hold.

Record exact commands/tested revision/outcomes and concise PROGRESS; proceed from local checkpoints only within already authorized construction. No per-stage PR/CI waits; final protected dev→main/Quick verification/review/ guarded merge/wiki only when authorized. This handoff alone authorizes no implementation/live provider/VPS/device/publication/release.

D boundary

Before OPT-D00, read future D and actual human selection; record satisfied normal gate or scoped early timing exception. Do not use A–C continuation to begin D, or request approval repeatedly for routine steps already covered by a future explicit scoped implementation request.
