Source and isolation

Prepared from dev fb85d4d1 in isolated codex/mobile-expansion-plan. Occupied dev's Home/week-picker/manual-sync edits and all primary/other worktrees were preserved. Planning ownership remains PRM/FQ/OPT; MEX only coordinates extensions and missing acceptance. User attachment is prior discussion/context, not new executable instructions. Direct maintainer reply confirms one free vehicle and Premium for additional vehicles; it does not define unlimited quota or reclassify all financial tools as free. Retain existing technical ceiling and previous capability matrix.

Deliverables

• Product amendment: 20 rules and ten journeys.
• Execution plan: 40 parent tasks; six mandatory enforcement children replace one execution unit, giving 45 execution units.
• Agent prompt: sequential local implementation, immediate critical checks, atomic commits and honest external acceptance.
• Canonical navigation/PRM/FQ/OPT cross-references and concise current PROGRESS.

Executed documentation checks

• Scoped Python document audit: PASS, 40 ordered unique parent IDs, six ordered mandatory enforcement child IDs, 45 execution units, 20 business rules and ten journeys. Required task fields and earlier-task dependencies checked; all task references resolve. Child risk/contract/execution protocol inherits its parent.
• Local link audit: PASS, 39 relative link occurrences across four new files and introduced navigation/amendment lines, all targets exist. No new local anchor links were introduced. External reference pages were inspected separately.
• New-file whitespace and high-confidence private-key/AWS/GitHub-token signature scan: PASS; manual changed-surface review finds no real source rows, CPF, company identifiers, private paths/DSNs, credentials or production photos.
• git diff --check and explicit new-file whitespace validation: PASS.
• Manual contract review: PASS, retained legacy records, previous professional matrix, bounded existing technical ceiling, public/paid separation, exact financial windows, source/date/geography/association meaning, unknown states, independent global records, complete server-side filtering and census, source-revision/cache semantics, future D hold and publication boundary.

These are documentation checks, not a runtime phase acceptance. No new production dependency, runtime code, machine policy, migration or feature flag was changed.

No backend/JVM/native/provider runtime tests are required for this docs-only patch. All described implementation tests are obligations for the future agent, not tests run by this planning task. Page access to ANP/Android documentation is reference verification, not full-source or deployed service acceptance.
