Infusion, Runics and Cloaks

Thaumic Forever expands infusion with custom infusion enchantments, runic baubles and shadow cloak equipment.

Research	Unlocks
`NEWINFUSION`	Custom infusion enchantments for tools, weapons and armor.
`NEWRUNICS`	Runic rings and amulets crafted through infusion.
`CLOAK`	Shadow cloak baubles for body and head slots.

NEWRUNICS and CLOAK both branch from NEWINFUSION.

NEWINFUSION unlocks special effects applied directly to equipment through infusion crafting.

Infusion enchantment	Target	Effect
Void Repair	Any item	Slowly repairs damaged items over time.
Poison	Weapons and tools	Applies poison on hit. Stronger ranks may upgrade the effect.
Ruby Protection	Armor	Damages attackers when the wearer is hit. Higher total levels can add fire retaliation.
Bleeding	Weapons and tools	Makes struck targets bleed and take damage over time.
Unbreakable	Any item	Makes the item unbreakable. This appears later through primal progression.

NEWRUNICS unlocks the main runic bauble set.

Bauble	Slot	Effect
Verdant Ring	Ring	Removes harmful potion effects from the wearer, then enters cooldown.
Runic Charge Ring	Ring	Grants strength and fire resistance while worn.
Ender Ring	Ring	Teleports the wearer away when they are badly injured, then enters cooldown.
Zombie Heart Amulet	Amulet	Summons a Giant Brainy Zombie to protect the wearer when triggered, then becomes a Broken Amulet.
Regeneration Ring	Ring	Periodically grants regeneration. Multiple rings strengthen the effect.
Revive Ring	Ring	Prevents lethal damage, clears harmful effects and leaves the wearer at low health, then enters cooldown.
Cooldown Ring	Ring	Reduces caster cooldown while worn. Multiple rings stack.
Vis Ring	Ring	Stores excess local vis and releases it when the local aura is low.

CLOAK unlocks shadow cloak equipment.

Item	Slot	Effect
Raven Cloak	Body	Renders a cloak on the player and maintains invisibility in low light.
Raven Cloak Hood	Head	Head-slot version of the cloak with the same low-light invisibility behavior.

The cloak only maintains invisibility while the wearer is in darkness. In brighter areas, the cloak stops sustaining the effect.
