Unicorn
The Unicorn is a passive mob that can be ridden when tamed and saddled.

Unicorns behave similarly to horses, but do not possess coat variants nor can they accept horse armour. However, they are exceptionally fast, healthy and agile. Once tamed, unicorns can be fed to breed with any golden fruit or vegetable (Golden Apple, Enchanted Golden Apple, Golden Carrot, Glistering Melon Slice). Upon reaching full speed while riding a unicorn, it will begin to sparkle and emit a rainbow trail as it travels.
