My titles or settings disappeared.

Clearing browser cache or site storage can reset local data. If you exported a backup previously, you can restore your data from the "Others" tab.

I cannot apply titles to Twitch.

Verify that your token is valid, has the channel:manage:broadcast scope checked, and that the game category name is exact. Click "Sync" to fetch official Twitch category names.

Title updated on Twitch, but OBS's native Stream Info dock didn't update.

Refresh OBS's native Stream Info dock or press Ctrl + R while focused on that dock.

Can I use a custom sound folder?

Yes. Select your folder via "Select Sound Folder". Due to web browser security policies, you need to re-select the folder after restarting OBS or reloading the dock.

Settings in my standard browser are not showing up in the OBS Dock.

Local storage is isolated between your standard web browser and the OBS Browser Dock. Export a backup from one and restore it in the other to sync settings.
