Scrolls

Scrolls are currently not obtainable and do not function as intended in Alkatraz. They are listed on wiki pages for reference only — do not rely on them.
Scrolls are single-use consumable items that cast a specific spell when used. They are equipped in the off-hand slot and consumed upon activation.

- Equip the scroll in your off-hand slot
- Activate the scroll to cast its associated spell
- The scroll is consumed upon use
All scrolls have the scroll component, which marks them as single-use consumables.
Each scroll references a spell by spell_id. The scroll casts the exact spell defined in the spell registry, using the scroll's inherent power.

Scrolls are crafted using paper as the base material. Each scroll requires specific reagents corresponding to its spell's element. Scrolls are consumable -- once used, they must be crafted again.
