Phantom Membrane

Use a Phantom Membrane on your own Dreamweaver's Bed in the Overworld to reduce Drowsiness.

Each membrane removes the configured amount. Players can use as many as needed until the remaining Drowsiness reaches zero. Starbound players receive twice the normal reduction.

The item has no effect when the player is not drowsy.
