Sea Freight Module

Sea Freight (ocean freight) is the transportation of cargo by ship. In CargoNext, the Sea Freight module manages the full lifecycle: Sales Quote → Sea Booking → Sea Shipment → Sea Consolidation (LCL) → Master Bill → Billing.

Industry terms: FCL (Full Container Load), LCL (Less than Container Load), TEU, Bill of Lading (BL), Incoterms, Demurrage, Detention.
