Breaking a sculk pedestal drops the item held on it, but summons a warden.
A sculk pedestal generates in an ancient city, holding an item.
Right-clicking a sculk pedestal while holding an item of equal or greater rarity than the one displayed swaps the two items — the player's item is placed on the pedestal, and the pedestal's item is given to the player.
Right-clicking with an item of lower rarity, or with an empty hand, breaks the pedestal and gives the player its item, but summons a warden.
