The BGAdaptor connects a vintage Data Link source (Beogram/Beogram CD/Beocord) to a modern Bang & Olufsen product, turning it into a fully integrated source:
- Select Line-in and the Data Link source starts playing
- Switch source and it stops
- Send the product to standby and the Data Link source turns off.
Your Data Link source behaves like a native source — controllable from the product itself, the B&O app, a Beoremote One or a Beoremote Halo.

- Compatibility — check your B&O product and deck are supported.
- Getting Started — wire it up, connect it to WiFi, link it to your B&O product.
- Updating Firmware — how to update firmware on BGAdaptor.
- Using the Control Page — the page you'll use day to day to check status and change settings
- Starting Playback with a Favourite — start the deck with one button press, from the product or a Beoremote One
- Beoremote One — control your deck from a Beoremote One BT, no setup needed
- Beoremote Halo — control your deck from a Halo tactile remote
- Auto-Expand to Another Speaker — automatically pull a second room into playback
- Peer Mode — link two adaptors so both decks show up on one Halo
- Home Assistant Integration — playback state and controls in Home Assistant
- Connecting to Other Control Systems — control the deck and read playback state from your own scripts or control system
