Compatibility
Compatible with any Bang & Olufsen Connected Audio product that has a Line-in input, on either the older ASE platform or the current Mozart platform. Not sure which platform your product is on? See this B&O article.
Important
A few exceptions:
- Beosound 1 and Beosound A5 don't have a Line-in input, so they can't be used.
- Products with Google Assistant built in are not supported.
- Some Mozart-platform products need B&O's optional USB-C to 3.5mm jack adaptor to get a Line-in input at all.
Important
Make sure the deck's DIN plug has all 7 pins connected. Two of the pins are removable, and some decks have them removed — if they're missing, Data Link communication won't work and BGAdaptor won't be able to control the deck.

¹ These have both Data Link and a built-in RIAA pre-amp. If your record player isn't listed, it's either because it doesn't have Data Link at all, or because it has Data Link but no built-in pre-amp — if it's the latter, it'll still work if you add a OneRemote RIAA pre-amp with Data Link passthrough in between.
- Record players don't report whether the needle is lifted — only Playing and Stopped.
- The deck automatically turns itself off a few minutes after being stopped.
