Governance and Correction
John Kuhles initiated and supervises the project. Stewardship includes rejecting changes that distort its intended trajectory. It does not make any claim, interpretation or project term immune from correction.
John has veto power over project drift. Reality has veto power over John.
The first preserves source integrity. The second prevents source stewardship from becoming permanent authority over correspondence.
A consequential correction should preserve:
- the earlier representation;
- the detected problem;
- the evidence supporting correction;
- the changed wording or structure;
- the affected downstream objects;
- whether the correction governed later work.
The project’s tools apply to the project:
- the 27 can audit the 12;
- Topologetics can audit its own summaries;
- provenance rules apply to A.I. and John;
- Believism can detect project-created belief labels;
- safety and risk claims remain auditable;
- the Wiki can drift from the repository and must be checked.
Contributions should preserve source, claim status and authorship layers. Criticism should identify the actual object and provide enough evidence to reproduce the concern. Disagreement alone does not establish error; project affiliation does not establish correctness.
This Wiki is an orientation layer. When it conflicts with:
- an immutable canonical source, use the canonical source for canonical wording;
- the current public project page, treat the Wiki as stale until reconciled;
- a documented later correction, propagate the correction and record the change.
