Drift audit

At each material update, verify:

• titles and URLs still resolve;
• counts and dates remain current or explicitly historical;
• candidate status has not become fact by compression;
• A.I. contributions have not become independent validation;
• the Wiki has not acquired canonical authority;
• the Grokipedia draft still matches the current proposal;
• corrections changed every affected page.

Editing permissions

Keep public editing restricted to collaborators unless John deliberately changes that policy. External corrections can arrive through issues or the public Forum, preserving review before publication.

October 30, 2026 maintenance pass

The Wiki now has 24 reader-facing pages, plus its shared sidebar and footer. Four new orientation pages connect intelligence properties, process quality and reciprocal scrutiny, longitudinal correction, and source recovery. C1 wording follows the October 28 clarification; the Asymmetric Grace glossary entry now identifies the diagnosed imbalance separately from valued Symmetric Grace. Existing source hierarchy, historical records and the Grokipedia submission packet remain available.

Future updates to these pages should follow their actual source changes. Check that broad clarification stays broader than question-asking, proposed instruments retain their status, and a source-recovery inventory is represented at its declared access level. The separate Wiki repository also needs its own backup and publication verification.

October 31, 2026 implementation-route update

Added Local AI and DeepEthicalOS as a compact orientation page, with Home, Reading Routes and sidebar recovery links. The Wiki now contains 25 reader-facing pages, plus sidebar and footer. Preserve the broader architecture, source hierarchy and existing proposal packet. Future implementation updates should distinguish changed hardware or interfaces from process-quality results and follow material corrections into the linked source pages.

November 3, 2026 source and orientation refresh

Added Goals, Coordination and Selection and Expansion, Dialogue and Play. The Wiki now contains 27 reader-facing pages, plus sidebar and footer. The update connects the 44-goal draft and dynamic coordination sketch, lived/relational calibration, restoration burden, the dam/topology exchange, Same states mathematical play, practical local companions, source-screening distinctions and comparative retrieval.

The source set includes the current public goals, Expanding vs Flattening, Tweaking Tools, Ethical Blind Spots, Humor's included Same states section and Decision Ledger, together with the two mixed-status working files supplied by John on November 3. The working files were consulted selectively for the affected structures and corrections; this entry does not assert complete ingestion of their appended conversations. Earlier project figures and quoted model judgments retain their dates and attribution.

Affected existing objects: Home, Architecture Map, Local AI and DeepEthicalOS, Topologetics and Compression, Provenance/Claim Status/Contribution, Methods/Evidence/Experiments, Process Quality and Reciprocal Scrutiny, Reading Routes, Sources and Recovery Routes, this map and the sidebar. The canonical 10+1 and 27+12 wording, earlier pages and Grokipedia proposal packet remain unchanged.

Future triggers: follow a changed goal into its navigation and mission records; follow a source or authorship correction into dependent summaries; distinguish a prototype publication from its proposed field trial; record which relationships become usable after repair; and retain the full-source route when a Wiki explanation reaches its compression floor. Verify publication and preserve the pre-update Wiki before creating a combined project/Wiki backup.
