Command update

Is there a newer zpaqfranz? On Win64 it can even replace itself, signature checked.

Quick summary

update (alias upgrade) checks/downloads zpaqfranz from http://www.francocorbelli.it/zpaqfranz. On Win64 it can update the program; elsewhere it only checks. Not in the builds made with -DOPEN.

Power user usage

Win64 only:

• -force wet run (do the update; default: dry run)
• -force -kill replace the current zpaqfranz from the Internet
• -paranoid show the manual p7m verification steps, open the AgID website
• -verbose dump the p7m signature details
• two URLs on the command line: use those instead
• The .sha256 file is always verified against a PKCS#7/CAdES digital signature (signer CF must be CRBFNC72T25H294X)
