Sends OSPy event and login notifications through SMTP over SSL with an optional retry queue.
Version 1.1.3 skips optional data sections when their provider plug-in is disabled or stopped, without aborting the remaining e-mail. Version 1.1.2 keeps one empty line between independent sections in HTML messages. Before adding the optional virtual water-meter section, the plug-in briefly waits for the completed master counter to be stored so the message does not show a transient zero value.

This plugin can send E-mails. For this plugin you need an E-mail SMTP account as provider. This extension is a more modern variant of the original E-mail notifications extension (Connection via SSL layer)
The plug-in includes an OSPy plugin.json manifest, registers its notification and retry worker with the shared plug-in runtime, manages system signal receivers through the common lifecycle, and implements health(). Diagnostics reports worker, signal receiver and SMTP configuration state, queued message count, latest successful SSL delivery, and recent errors without exposing credentials or recipients.
Version 1.1.0 extends the existing optional Water Consumption Counter data in finished-run e-mails. When Send data from virtual water meter is enabled and the running counter provides data, the message includes the applicable master, its estimated consumption during its current or just-finished activation, its total counter and the completed station consumption. The two run values can differ due to master delays or consecutive stations. Values from 1000 liters are displayed in cubic meters. If the counter is absent or has no data for that station, the rest of the e-mail is sent normally without this section.
