Fried Dragon Eggs are an entrée that can be considered the ultimate food item in Reg's More Foods.
It was presumably added in Version 1.0-alpha.

Eating a Fried Dragon Egg restores all of your Nutrition and Saturation points. It's the sort of thing you only ever eat once.
This item gives the player Health Boost V for 5 minutes, Resistance IV for 5 minutes, and Absorption V for 1 minute when consumed.
It also technically gives the player Saturation II for 1 second but it isn't noticed in-game.
Due to the nature of this item's recipe ingredient, Dragon Eggs are actually renewable in Reg's More Foods. When the Ender Dragon is slain, there is a 30% chance it will drop an additional Dragon Egg.
This is so players in multiplayer environments can have a chance to craft the item, since you typically only ever get 1 per world.
