They were added in Version 1.3.0a.

When a specific amount of Popped Corn is held in the offhand, using an Empty Popcorn Bag will fill it with Popcorn, becoming a new item.
The amounts are:
- 3x Popped Corn --> Small Popcorn Bag
- 6x Popped Corn --> Medium Popcorn Bag
- 9x Popped Corn --> Large Popcorn Bag
Holding any more or less than these amounts will not fill the Popcorn Bag. (Example: 1-2 Popped Corn, 4-5 Popped Corn, 7-8 Popped Corn, or 10+ Popped Corn won't do anything)
