Which method should I use?

If you...	Use
Are comfortable with a terminal, and want the most tested path	Install Guide: Wine

Are on SteamOS, or already use Heroic for other games	Install Guide: Heroic

There's no wrong choice. All these methods install the same Affinity apps through the same underlying Wine. Pick whichever tool you're already comfortable with.

Before you start

1. Check Compatibility Matrix for your Linux distribution.
2. Download the .exe installer for the Affinity app you want, from the official Affinity/Serif websites (each install guide links the exact download pages).
3. If you hit the Canva sign-in crash on Affinity by Canva (V3), that's already fixed. See Related Projects: LoginFix.
4. If something doesn't work, check that guide's own Troubleshooting and Known Issues sections first, then General Known Issues, then the FAQ.
